Mortal Kombat. The urban legend of fighting games. The fighting system really seems to lack something. This game is a cult classic- you either love it for you can't stand playing it. I try to keep an open mind while writing reviews, but this is pretty hard. Among other undesirable features, this title has cheaply made sound effects and an unbalanced game play which, while interesting to watch, makes it a terrible pain to play. However, this was considered a trend setter in later games. Without Mortal Kombat, we might never have had the "Finishing move" or "Juggle combo". Every one should play this turkey at least once.
