A stealth action-adventure game set entirely in the fictional psychiatric hospital named the Arkham Asylum. Now whether a fan of Batman movies, video games, comics, toys or whatever, or not even a fan of Batman or superheroes, you definitely need to game this game. Why you ask? Well first off Batman kicks major ass, who can deny that. Second because I told you to. And third because Arkham Aslyum isn't a typical superhero game. No it has way more depth to be in that pool of boring same old superhero games. The use of stealth and combo fighting truly requires tactic rather than balls-out kill everything.

Just Cause is a massive sandbox type world that was an early release for the Xbox 360 (9/26/06 available for Xbox, Xbox 360, PS3, and PS2). In this game you play as an undercover CIA agent named Rico Rodriguez, and yes your hair is glorious. You have been assigned to overthrow the dictator of a South American island called San Esperito. There is already a war building inside between the police, cartels, and guerilla fighters all trying to control the island and the WMD's that have been stockpiled there.

Assassin's Creed is an Action-adventure game released for the Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and for Windows. I got mine for the 360, so I'll be reviewing the 360 version of course. Overall the game was magnificent for what I wanted, an adventure type game where I get to throw a sword around and kill people. There's also a few other typical things you'd expect from an adventure game set in the past, riding a horse, traveling to different historical cities, and using some sort of time machine. The game has some excellent aspects such as the amazing graphics, crazy music and anthems (seriously the chase music is unreal), running from soldiers, jumping into...hay stacks...and ugh climbing huge ass buildings and jumping off =| ? Quite excellent yes...

Following the first installment of the Gears of War series comes Gears 2, developed by Epic Games and published by Microsoft. It's a third person shooter released for the Xbox 360. I bought Gears 2 mainly to play the story mode then forget about the game eventually. The story mode is average lenght about 8-10 hours of gameplay. Story mode is pretty much the same shit, except more of the focus is on Dom and his on going search for his wife, who has been missing for a while.
